It’s a tale as old as time.
A band of adventurers meet in a tavern, and answer a call to investigate some local ruins.
They discover an ancient artefact,
they travel,
become friends,
confront old nemeses,
begin to marshall forces to bring down the realm’s Evil Emperor…
And then the rogue has to work Tuesday nights.

This ten-page puzzle game is a love-letter to all those beloved tabletop games that petered out before their time. I set out to use the visuals of scrappy homebrew games (hand-drawn maps, scribbled notes, photocopied character sheets) as a cover from some puzzles which feel clever, but not too tricksy.

What do I get?

• Ten A4 pages packed with puzzles, doodles, and even some game-ready GM resources (though I can’t vouch for how sensible it would be to use them!)

• A thorough hints & solutions page (or if you don’t mind a wait you can email me for something more bespoke)

• An (optional) link to a page to check your solution (I’ve aimed to make a game with a “you’ll know when you’ve got it” solution, but sometimes validation is nice)

How long does it take?

Play-testers spent around 1-2 hours with it. Your milage may vary!

How long will it take to arrive?

This game contain a few hand-written components, so depending on stock levels it may take me up to a week to dispatch your order. I ship second class with the Royal Mail, who aim to take 2-3 working days. It may be longer at especially busy times.
